JOIN Friends of the Garde
The Garde is more than a place to attend a performance.
It is a gathering place.
A historic theater that has brought people together for nearly a century.
A shared cultural home in the heart of Southeastern Connecticut.
Ticket revenue alone does not sustain this very important work.
As we begin our 100th Anniversary season, we’re introducing a new way to take part: support the Garde and get access to the best seats of the Centennial Season. Donors receive priority access before the general public:
- $250+ First in Line, May 1
- $100+ Next in Line, May 15

As a nonprofit, the Garde Arts Center relies on contributions to help cover a significant portion of the cost of operating a historic theater and a full range of cultural programs. To be part of early access, your support is needed now. If you’re not able to attend multiple events yourself, your support can still play a meaningful role.
Many donors are helping expand access – ensuring that students, families, and new patrons can experience the Garde during this Centennial year.
