Mezza Stage and Studio and Garde Arts Center welcome you to an afternoon of mystical delight with singer-songwriter Felicia Rose and percussionists Tam Zezulka and Kevin Gallagher II of The Omies and Shakti Ma and the Rainbow Serpents.
Come early and/or stay late for a meet and greet with the artists as well as some psychic mediums/readers from your favorite new age store, Mystical Horizons.
Short readings (at extra charge) will be available before and after the concert.

The show will also give tribute to the late Verline Eldrige, a beloved spiritual teacher and medium for over 50 years, who passed away earlier this year.

She has been described as “passionately mystical”! “A pure enchantress of Song!”
Felicia has recently remixed and released some of her favorite songs into an Electronic Trance Dance format “EDM” for those who want to hear the sacred messages and move their bodies too!
Tam Zezulka
Originally from Mystic, Connecticut, Tam Zezulka spent three decades in New York City immersed in the study of dance, music, and rhythm. Her training embraces movement traditions rooted in the African diaspora, a range of Eastern and global vocal traditions, and the art of hand drumming and percussion. During this time, she traveled extensively throughout North and West Africa, where her experiences deepened her understanding of the profound healing power of sound, movement, song, and dance—especially when experienced in community. Today, she performs locally with Shakti Ma and the Rainbow Serpents.
Kevin Gallagher II
Kevin Gallagher II is a percussionist, artist, and father based in Lyme, Connecticut. Specializing in West African, Latin, and kirtan rhythms, Kevin has cultivated a diverse musical background through participation in Nigerian ceremonial mask performances and parades, West African dance classes, and performances with rock, jazz, jam, and fusion bands. Currently, Kevin serves as the mridanga player and percussionist for two Connecticut-based kirtan groups, The Omies and The Rainbow Serpents. Kevin’s passion is to channel the spirit and energy of the cosmic heart rhythm through the drum, inviting people to dance, sing, and connect in divine harmony. His performances weave together ancient traditions and contemporary expression, creating rhythmic experiences that inspire joy, presence, and community.
Presented by Mezza Stage + Studio
Mezza Stage + Studio is a queer-led performance project that focuses on intimate small-scale events – spoken word, theatre, dance, music, comedy, film and everything in between. Our goal is simple: create space for artists and audiences to experience something immediate, shared, and a little unpredictable. No single format. No fixed venue. Each event is built for the room it’s in. If it doesn’t quite fit anywhere else, it probably belongs here.
