Under the Garde Marquee

Make Music Day nationally and in Southeastern Connecticut will be celebrated throughout the City of New London and under the Garde marquee.

Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz along with Elizabeth Shapiro of the CT DECD and Office of the Arts will visit New London on Tuesday, June 21 at 1pm
to officially announce the State’s recognition of the New London
Cultural District.

The announcement will be made at the Whale Tail at Parade Plaza prior to the kick-off of Make Music Day. (In case of rain, visit will be at the Garde Arts Center.)
