How to use the online Box Office
  1. Click here to go to the Tickets menu. Find the event you would like to purchase; click Add to Basket to begin ordering tickets, or click More Information to read more about the artist, show, or event. Once you have finished reading, you may click Add to Basket to begin ordering tickets, or click Back to continue browsing.
  2. Once you click Add to Basket you may have the option of choosing which performance you would like to order. (If an event, like a concert, has only one performance you will not have this option) Find the date and time of the performance you would like to order and click Order. If an event is not yet on sale, you will see the Order button but will not be able to click it.
  3. Once you have clicked Order you will see a rotating hourglass symbol which tells you the seating chart is loading. There you may use your mouse pointer to click on the seats you would like to select. Use the drop-down menu marked Area to choose between the seating areas in the theatre - Orchestra, Garde Circle, Loge, and Balcony. Click here to view the Seating Plan. Use the Legend to navigate the interactive event seating map to select your seats.
  4. Click Order Seats to add your selection to your Ticket Basket, or click Clear My Choice to remove your selection and start over.
  5. In your Ticket Basket you will have several options: click Proceed to Checkout to begin the payment process; click Continue Shopping to select additional events, or click Cancel Order to exit the ticket ordering process.
  6. To begin the payment process, sign into your account or, if this is your first time using the Garde online Box Office, register as a new user.
  7. Review your contact information, enter your credit card payment details, and click Submit. You may also click to delete and re-enter your credit card information, or click Cancel to cancel your order. The Garde online Box Office is a Network Solutions Secure Site. Your credit card information will not be retained once your order has been processed. The Garde does not share personal information with any third party. Your online purchase is subject to ticket and transaction fees, the details of which are listed in your Personal Basket. How to order General Admission tickets
  1. From the main ticketing screen, find the event you would like to order and click Add to Basket.
  2. Find the date and time of the performance or event you would like to order and click Order.
  3. General Admission ticketing has different options than assigned-seat ticketing. Instead of the seating chart, you will see a two-digit counter next to the event name. Using the up and down arrows on the counter, click until the appropriate number of tickets reads on the counter.

    Click Order.
